Couldn't find any faults at all.

The staff at Suite Opera Rooms was fantastic. I had a stressful start to my trip when I couldn't find my passport at check-in. The desk clerk remained calm and helped me get situated in my room while I searched for it. The location of the hotel is also great, with major sights just a short walk away and the convenience of being near Termini Station. The breakfast provided was just enough to start the day, and the room itself was spacious and recently renovated.
